Forbes Travel Guide is a guide to luxury hotels, restaurants, spas and other travel destinations around the world. It has a long history and was started by the current ExxonMobil in 1958, before it was acquired by Forbes.
In 2023, 37 hotels from Japan won the Forbes Travel Guide Star Award Winners.
Most of the hotels are in Tokyo/Kansai, but they may be useful as hotels evaluated from a global perspective. We hope that more and more people around the world will get to know the wonderful scenery and great hotels in various parts of Japan.
